What materials are your jewellery made from?
Materials may vary between designs. Full material and finish details are provided on each individual product page, so you can check the specifications before purchasing.
How should I care for my jewellery
To help preserve the appearance of your jewellery, avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume, lotions and harsh chemicals. Gently clean your pieces with a soft, dry cloth and store them separately when not in use. Your jewellery arrives with a care card, polishing cloth and soft pouch to help with everyday care and storage. Please see our Jewellery Care page for full guidance.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 1–2 working days. During particularly busy periods or public holidays, preparation times may occasionally vary.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking information where applicable.
Can I return my order?
Eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy. You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you wish to return an eligible item. Certain exclusions, including hygiene-related restrictions, may apply.
Can earrings be returned?
Earrings may be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy, provided they are eligible for return. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs where appropriate. We’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.
Is IREH London jewellery suitable for gifting?
Yes. Our pieces are thoughtfully presented, making them a beautiful choice for gifting as well as for yourself.
