Shipping policy

UK Delivery

IREH London currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days after your order has been confirmed.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. During busy periods, launches or promotional periods, processing may occasionally take a little longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by email. Where tracking is available, tracking details will also be provided.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where available. Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, service disruptions or busy seasonal periods.

Standard Delivery — £4.99
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.
FREE Standard Delivery on orders of £50 or more.

Express Delivery — £6.99
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days.

Delivery options and applicable charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible at irehlondon@gmail.com. We will try to assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please check any tracking information provided and contact us at irehlondon@gmail.com 

We will review the delivery information and, where appropriate, raise an enquiry with the delivery provider. We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your applicable consumer rights.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at irehlondon@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. We may ask for clear photographs and, where reasonably necessary, a short video to help us assess the issue promptly.
